Timesheet Management

Time Recruitment look after all payroll responsibilities. We pay our temporary employees promptly and accurately while also ensuring that our temps receive and are kept up-to-date with all statutory entitlements. Your organisation pays the agreed hourly charge rate (plus VAT), which include: the temporary worker’s pay rate, working time directive (holiday pay), and employer’s National Insurance contributions.

Employer Feedback

Permanent Candidates

Sourcing and appointing permanent employees can be a long and arduous task, especially for busy managers. Interview Preparation

If you invite one of our candidates to interview, we ensure that they will be fully briefed beforehand to make certain they understand what is required in the role. They will go into the interview knowing what your organisation does, what contribution the role makes to the immediate team, as well as to the rest of the business.

Feedback will be discussed with our candidates, as well as yourself, to ensure that the candidates have met your expectations and to discuss the next stage.

We appreciate that no matter how diligently we approach the selection process, there are a number of factors that cannot be anticipated or influenced, which can potentially lead to a candidate leaving a post in the early weeks.  This can often cause frustration as well as disappointment, and the last thing that you need to worry about is the prospect of additional cost. If a Time Recruitment permanent introduction terminates within the first 12 weeks of their contract, we will source another suitable candidate for you at no additional cost.
