Caroline works across the business, meeting with both clients and candidates, to ensure the successful introduction of office personnel to many of Edinburgh’s top organisations.

Pamela Gavin –
Recruitment Manager

Pamela joined Time Recruitment Services in May 2018 and brought with her over 15 years experience in the finance and recruitment sectors.

Pamela is a friendly, organised, committed and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment. She spends her time sourcing, interviewing and meeting with new clients across Edinburgh (or via Zoom) and enjoys matching suitable candidates to the appropriate positions.

“We spend substantial time with each candidate ascertaining their skills, employment history, and professional aspirations. At the same time, we meet with new clients to learn about their company and to precisely establish what their recruitment criteria are.
