Key staff

Caroline Taggart – Managing Director

With an honest, intuitive and hard-working approach, Caroline is proud of Time Recruitment, the staff and what the business has achieved since first opening its doors in 2000.

Caroline is very “hands-on” and works across the business, meeting with both clients and candidates, to ensure the successful introduction of office personnel to many of Edinburgh’s top organisations.

“Although we have faced many challenges over the years, including successfully competing against national recruitment firms, I believe that with hard work, determination, integrity and humour we continue to hold a special place in the hearts of many excellent clients and candidates in the City of Edinburgh.”

Pamela Gavin – Recruitment Manager

Pamela joined Time Recruitment Services in May 2018 and brought with her over 15 years experience in the finance and recruitment sectors.

Pamela is a friendly, organised, committed and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment. She spends her time sourcing, interviewing and meeting with new clients across Edinburgh and enjoys matching suitable candidates to the appropriate positions.

“We spend substantial time with each candidate ascertaining their skills, employment history, and professional aspirations. At the same time, we meet with new clients to learn about their company and to precisely establish what their recruitment criteria are. Clients can then be assured that each candidate referred to their company has the skills, character fit, knowledge and ability to carry out their new role to an excellent standard.”
