Dynamic property company based in the West-End of Edinburgh City Centre are looking for a Sales Support Administrator.
- Qualify all new leads that come into the business, gathering information and arranging appointments.
- Support marketing manager in implementing the agreed marketing plan.
- Actively manage the website – posting properties, testimonials e-tours etc.
- Assist in the effective delivery of communications with clients.
- Provide support to colleagues to achieve client referrals
- Support the PR strategy which helps generate new business
- Manage social media posts including LinkedIn
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across the business and at all events
- Support and assist the Marketing Manager, New Business team and existing clients.
- A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is expected and required at all times
- Excellent communication skills
