Dynamic property company based in the West-End of Edinburgh City Centre are looking for a Letting Sale Support Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching potential tenants to properties
  • Achieve and maintain 85% conversion rate from appointments to lets
  • Arranging open or group viewings with tenants
  • Providing administrative support to the Lettings Department
  • Diary managing the Letting Coordinators diaries
  • Assisting with Marketing of the properties
  • Liaising with agents
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction and effective customer care to generate growth through referrals
  • High level of customer service
  • Flexible in your approach to team playing and sharing ideas and innovations
  • Attend and fully participate in morning and weekly meetings and quarterly all-staff days

Person Specification:
