£30k per annum, pro-rata Full-time or part-time – flexible with hours

Friendly construction company based in the Leith area of Edinburgh are looking to recruit a Temporary Office Manager to cover a maternity leave. Would consider full-time or part-time and can be flexible with days/hours. • SAGE line 50 experience essential • Purchase Ledger experience essential • Staff management of 1 Administrator/Receptionist • Knowledge of Administration/Reception role for cover • Managing and ordering office stationary and other office items • Managing office bills, site mobiles & dongles • Giving basic IT support with office & site computers and emails and setting up any new laptops • Updating supplier insurances log & chasing outstanding paperwork • Filing and updating health & safety and certification documents • Managing/booking training and training logs and applying for training grants • Updating vehicle log, taxing vehicles and issuing MOT reminders • Ordering site first aid, health & safety supplies and site clothing • Updating contact lists and issuing company e-Christmas cards • Collating timesheets in preparation and summarising for external payroll • Updating holiday spreadsheets • Petty cash and writing the cheque run • Accounts computer back -up’s and updates • Preparing the supplier run and issuing posting corrections • Following up on any invoice issues • Good understanding of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organised, excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude
