£18 – 21K per annum depending on experience, pro-rata

Dynamic property company looking for a Temporary Property Reviewer to review properties throughout Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Dundee, 6 month contract, may be extended. Responsibilities • Support Property Manager with accurate and thorough reporting of the Properties • Responsible for notifying tenants of all attendance • Remind tenants of their obligations during their tenancy • Carry out “End of Tenancy Inspections” and arrange Cleaning Contractors • Ensure properties remain to high standard and meet current regulations • Arrange and provide Fire Talks to HMO tenants • Carry out HMO inspections with local authorities • Uploading reports • Maintaining consistency of work in all Cities • Assisting colleagues with the application process • Attention to detail and Self-Motivation essential • Ability to see the bigger picture and out of the box thinking • Confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Prompt, informative responses • Proactive and organised • A proven track record of working as a team player • Honesty and integrity • Driving licence essential Please email your CV with covering letter to office@timerecruitment.co.uk
