Office Support Assistant


Full-time, Monday – Friday, hours between 8.30am -5.30pm On behalf of an established Professional Services organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre we are recruiting for an Office Support Assistant. Responsibilities include:
  • Filing, archiving and maintenance of records
  • Reception and switchboard cover
  • Ingoing and outgoing mail assistance
  • Photocopying, binding and faxing
  • Provision of tea/coffee etc. for meetings
  • Keeping meeting rooms clean and tidy
  • Support staff with board packs and papers
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Good school/college grades in Business Studies / Administration or qualified by experience
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills including prioritisation and working to deadlines
  • Work accurately and efficiently with good attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability essential
  • Learn and progress on the job
