Job Application: Administrator – 12 Month Contract

Administrator – 12 Month Contract

£17,500, p/a

  • Respond to administrative requests particularly in relation to copying, retrieving and recording files
  • Sort, scan and distribute incoming mail for teams
  • Upload email correspondence received into department in-box
  • Maintain manual filing system
  • Collect and sort outgoing mail and maintain file records
  • Answer and transfer calls including relief switchboard
  • Provide occasional cover in main reception area including meeting and greeting customers, answering calls, processing room bookings etc.
  • Scanning photographs and uploading on to database
  • Minimum of one year’s office experience required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook essential
  • A flexible and personable nature required to work in this busy team
