Are you immediately available for temporary employment? We are currently recruiting for temporary part time and full time Administrators and Receptionists for professional companies within Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
  • Using switchboard experience to answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Use of computerised booking service to manage meeting room availability
  • Co-ordinate catering requirements
  • Organise taxis, couriers and distribution of faxes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages beneficial
  • Personable and professional manner essential along with confident communication skills
