• Coordinate Facilities Management Services including A/C, Fire, cleaning services and organise, instruct and supervise all tradespeople/contractors. • Coordinate Health and Safety Committee including arranging and chairing quarterly meetings, preparing agendas and meeting notes. • Coordinate three First Aiders ensuring stock is sufficient and in date, wellbeing room in working order and First Aid training up-to-date. • Oversee Health and Safety E-Learning • Administration of new starts/leavers • Coordinate, monitor and control Security for the office including CCTV, door access, key holders and alarm • Relief Reception cover • NEBOSH or IOSH Qualification, First Aid Training, BIFM Level 2/3 Qualification and Manual Handling preferred, and advantageous. • Microsoft Office 2010 • Previous experience in a Facilities Assistant role or similar essential • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Multi-tasking with a high level of attention to detail • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Planning and organising skills • Positive and constructive attitude and an approachable, personable and flexible nature. • High level of customer service • Modern West End offices for this friendly professional organistation.
