Dynamic ambitious property company based in the West-End of Edinburgh City Centre are looking for a Letting Sales Support Administrator. Responsibilities: • Matching potential tenants to properties • Achieve and maintain strong conversion rate from appointments to lets • Arranging open or group viewings with tenants • Providing administrative support to the Lettings Department • Diary managing the Letting Coordinators diaries • Assisting with Marketing of the properties • Liaising with agents • Builds strong relationships with tenants and colleagues • Ensure tenant satisfaction and effective customer care to generate growth through referrals • High level of customer service • Flexible in your approach to team playing and sharing ideas and innovations • Attend and fully participate in morning and weekly meetings • Experience in sales or property advantageous • A training and development programme will be provided Person Specification: • A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is expected and required at all times • Energetic, goal driven, persuasive and good negotiation skills • Motivated, proactive and well organised • Able to work well within a team • Honesty and integrity is required at all times • Driving licence essential
