£10.00 per hour

• Work within busy Premises & Facilities Management team • Deliver a high level of customer service • Facilities/Mailroom responsibilities include Property, Switchboard, Reception, Security, Mailroom, Cleaning, Building & Ground Maintenance, Health & Safety, Space Management, Catering, Vending & Hospitality. • Responsible for internal and external mail, couriers, international deliveries and specialised services. • Building Maintenance monitoring and fault reporting: • Maintaining stationery stock levels i.e. monitoring and replenishment. • Basic maintenance of printing includes replacing toner cartridges, replenishing paper and other supplies. • Assist with office moves including relocation of furniture • Document Management i.e. scanning, archiving, secure destruction and reprographics. • Manual handling work necessary regarding conduct office moves • Physically collect and box documents for scanning • Dealing with requests to the Facilities Helpdesk • Highly self-motivated with a ‘Can do’ attitude. • Basic DIY experience useful • High level of customer service. • Adaptable and flexible with excellent time management skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literate • Shift patterns – 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm • This position may turn into permanent employment
