£12 per hour

Leading Scottish Charity are looking for 3-month Temporary Fundraiser Administration Support to join their busy team. This role is 4 days per week working remotely from home. Responsibilities: • Operational role assisting fundraisers, in both organised events and individual participation, providing the highest standards of supporter care, including over social media channels • Manage Facebook fundraising and support targeted digital giving campaigns • Publish social media content to support fundraising and thank supporters • Management and administration of the shared inbox, responding to a range of public enquiries with empathy and diplomacy • Input and update all supporter information in the CRM • Working with team to ensure thank you letters are sent out to all fundraisers • Support across other income streams as required • Research Person specification: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a variety of channels • Knowledge and experience of social media in a charity context • Experience of working with a database • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to build positive relationships • Comfortable working within bereavement care • Remote working Please email your CV (in Word format) with a cover letter to office@timerecruitment.co.uk
