Facilities Team Leader

£23k per annum plus excellent benefits

• Support the management of facilities services and processes • Delegation of work within the team • Ensure departmental guides, processes and procedures are maintained effectively • Support Facilities Manager in oversight and delivery of associated changes or project tasks • Deputise for the line manager when required. • Carry out administrative duties where required, e.g. ordering and delivering of stationery, keys, office furniture, milk and catering supplies. • Changing printer toners, replenishing copier paper and other supplies. • Manual handling work to conduct office moves, relocating furniture • Dealing with banking, archiving, printing, mail and couriers • Setting up meeting rooms and dealing with Helpdesk requests • Issuing of building access passes • Manage Vendors onsite and perform building checks • Undertake training and perform at least one of the following roles; Display Screen Assessor, First Aider, Fire Warden or Health & Safety Office Representative. • Managing and delivering change • Previous experience working within Facilities environment preferred • High level of customer service. • Adaptable and flexible with excellent time management skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literate • Shift patterns – 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm
