Project Coordinator/Office Administrator

Approx. £25,000 based on experience

• Dynamic Executive Search organisation offering busy varied administration role • Liaising with clients and candidates; arranging interviews, business development meetings and updating information on the company database • Preparing business development materials for potential client pitches using PowerPoint • Supporting Executive search consultants • Diary management, travel, and all necessary administration to support the consultant’s client work • Working with other project coordinators closely regarding client work • Office management includes completing front of house duties i.e. main point contact for clients, candidate and contractors, keeping office supplies etc. • Degree educated beneficial, not essential • PA experience also of benefit • Take an interest outside of the role to the wider business, consultant’s work etc. • Experience and interest in volunteering encouraged • Organised and able to prioritise • Great communication skills required both internally and externally • High levels of common sense and integrity essential • Advanced Microsoft Office essential along with strong keyboard skills • Currently working from home • Immediate availability beneficial, not essential Please email your CV and covering note outlining what you are ideally looking for to office@timerecruitment.co.uk
