Salary £20k per annum, full-time or part-time Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
Job Information

Wealth Management partnership based in North West Edinburgh looking to recruit either one full-time Administrator or two part-time Administrators (as a job share on a pro-rata basis), to contribute positively to their well-established, small friendly team.

• Reception – handling and making telephone calls, diary management and welcoming clients
• Opening and distribution of incoming mail and preparation of outgoing mail
• Scanning and copying documents in accordance with instructions provided
• Complete all documentation within required timescales e.g. collation of client meeting papers
• Engage positively with all visitors and arrange meeting room set up
• Ensuring spreadsheets are updated and participate in team meetings
• Ordering office stationery e.g. brochures and leaflets
• Health & Safety and First Aid and office maintenance
• Enthusiastic, organised and a can-do attitude
• Proficient IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office essential
• Professional manner with excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team
