We pay our temporary employees promptly and accurately while also ensuring that our temps receive and are kept up-to-date with all statutory entitlements. Your organisation pays the agreed hourly charge rate (plus VAT), which include: the temporary worker’s pay rate, working time directive (holiday pay), and employer’s National Insurance contributions.
