If you invite one of our candidates to interview, we ensure that they will be fully briefed beforehand to make certain they understand what is required in the role. They will go into the interview knowing what your organisation does, what contribution the role makes to the immediate team, as well as to the rest of the business.

We appreciate that no matter how diligently we approach the selection process, there are a number of factors that cannot be anticipated or influenced, which can potentially lead to a candidate leaving a post in the early weeks. This can often cause frustration as well as disappointment, and the last thing that you need to worry about is the prospect of additional cost. If a Time Recruitment permanent introduction terminates within the first 12 weeks of their contract we offer a sliding scale refund system but would prefer to source another candidate for you at no additional cost.
