Disclosure Scotland

We have been asked by some of our clients to organise completion of basic disclosure Scotland application forms for all our candidates working in those particular companies.

If this applies to you we will send paper disclosure forms to you which we request are completed within seven days and returned to us at our offices. Time Recruitment will then transfer this information online which will also enable us to pay for the disclosures in the first instance.

We will also need the following documents sent to us along with the forms:

A copy of a utility bill or similar, confirming your current address details
A copy of an official document e.g. birth certificate, passport or driving licence, which confirms your Date of Birth details

Once the disclosure application has been completed the disclosure number will be valid for you to use in many companies for one year.
