Whether a high-profile campaign or a discrete and confidential screening service, Time will manage the full process from copy-writing through to shortlist delivery. In the current climate this can involve short listing from a response of approximately 200 CV’s per advertisement. We are experienced in short listing from these CV’s.

If a Time permanent introduction terminates within the first 12 weeks of their contract we offer a sliding scale refund system, which is detailed on our terms and conditions of business.

Each candidate is fully briefed prior to interview to make certain they understand what the role requires as well as what it offers. They will go into the interview knowing what your organisation does, and what contribution the role makes to the immediate team, as well as the business as a whole. They will also understand the format and purpose of the interview, and will be suitably prepared to ensure they convey the information that the interviewer needs in order to make an accurate assessment.
Feedback will be discussed with you following the interview to ensure that the candidates have met with your expectations and to discuss follow-up.
