This can often cause frustration as well as disappointment, and the last thing that our clients need to worry about is the prospect of additional costs. If a Time permanent placement terminates within the first 12 weeks* we will replace the candidate free of charge.

Interview Preparation

If you invite one of our candidates for interview, we ensure that they completely understand the role they are being recommended for.

Each candidate is fully briefed prior to interview to make certain they understand what the role requires as well as what it offers. They will go into the interview knowing what your organisation does, and what the contribution the role makes to the immediate team, as well as the business as a whole. They will also understand the format and purpose of the interview, and will be suitably prepared to ensure they convey the information that the interviewer needs in order to make an accurate assessment.

Feedback will be discussed with you following the interview to ensure that the candidates have met with your expectations and to discuss follow-up.
