Co-owner and Director of Time Recruitment Services Ltd has overall responsibility for operations within the company with over 22 years recruitment industry experience gained in both London and Edinburgh.
Originating from Northern Ireland, Caroline attended Londonderry High School moving on to Portrush College, Co Antrim where she obtained an OND in Hotel and Catering Management and subsequently completed an HCIMA at Hollings College in Manchester.
Caroline's earlier career was within the domestic services industry where she gained extensive experience of both people management and the importance of exceptional customer service. Caroline was responsible for several hundred domestic staff within a variety of hospitals including St George's Hospital in London and King Faisal in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
On returning to the UK Caroline began her recruitment career in London in 1988 where she successfully recruited permanent staff within two independent recruitment companies.
Relocating to Edinburgh in 1996 Caroline joined the Temporary division of a high street recruitment agency. As a result of Caroline's continued commitment to her clients and her reputation for consistently providing a high quality service often working within tight time frames she was promoted to manage two key contracts for two years. She successfully managed these key contracts for two years.
In 2000 Caroline co-founded Time Recruitment Services Ltd.
